| Well, everybody is different, but I remember something mentioned in the book about water weight.. I could be mistaken here, but I think the first week is pretty much water weight. After that fat starts to come out rapidly.

| I think there's bit of a ratio of fat to water the first week. I don't think it's ALL water. Everyone IS different, but I personally get done with the water works after the 1st week.
