| I have managed not to cheat this time around (patting self on back) but the last time, I would go straight back on induction long enough to achieve that "I'm not hungry" feeling. Don't know if that's the official procedure, but it worked for me. |

| I would go back onto owl now, as you are back on track and in fat losing mode! Good Luck |

| Now that you're back in ketosis, I'd move onward to OWL. Every cloud (ha ha) has a silver lining... it's given you the knowledge of one big trigger for you!

| Clouds are evil! They have been the downfall of many, many people here. A while back, clouds were something almost everyone on Induction used to make and eat because they "needed" something sweet or thought they "deserved" a treat. And like you, the clouds proved to be a major trigger. Then the clouds fad faded away. Pat yourself on the back, because now you have found a major trigger for you and you will be able to avoid it in the future. ![]() As everyone said, pick up where you left off in OWL. There's no need to "do Induction over again". Since you completed your 14 days, you know what your degree of metabolic resistance is from the charts in the book. Look forward to OWL.

| Thanks for the feedback and helping me see that it's a great thing to discover one of my triggers so that I can avoid it. At least I didn't gain any weight. Didn't loose, but didn't gain. Got to be grateful for that too
