| It's probably from all of the sodium. Keep going, no more nuts! you see how they affect you! They're for owl. I am on premaintenance and don't have anything from that rung very much because of the same issues. Bloat. Drink lots of water and forget about the nuts.

| Yep it's water, and no doubt messed with your ketosis, but that should come right off. I understand you though, once I get to that nut rung, it will be smoooooth sailing from there. I cannot wait to get my 24 almonds!!
