| Eggs have like, .9 carbs in them. Fitday just rounds everything up so they say one carb. It's really not a difference, eating eggs is fine for induction. Hope this helps!

| Eggs have .6 grams of carbs in each one and yes you need to count them. |

| Eggs may be eaten liberally, says Dr. Atkins--that means until you are satisfied, not stuffed. Eggs DO have carbs, and you must count them. I believe it's .6 or .7g per large egg, but to be safe, round up and count each egg as one carb. Some proteins (like shellfish and organ meats) have carbs, too. Count carbs in ALL foods! Dr. Atkins said that at least half of our induction carbs must come from veggies. The rest of the carbs come from protein sources that have carbs, cheese, and special category foods.
