| Check the ingredients. Usually fat-free products replace the fat with sugar and other fun carbs, and usually have additives, all of which are no-no's on Induction and the program in general. So it depends on how much you used and how much sugar it has. I use a one carb organic blue cheese that makes me really happy. It's from Trader Joe's. Hope this helps.

| it did, thank you. there was 1g of sugar right there on freakin label! ah well, tommorrow is another day. it was still very delicious.
