oooooooooh man... i made my chicken dip like i said i would and i accidentally put in fat free ranch! i wonder if that makes a difference bcuz i kno we need to eat full fat cheeses and non-diet products! pls answer if anyone knows!

400/3100 crunches 10.1/100 miles run 90/300 pushups

i wouldnt cheat on my love- ever in a million years, so why would it be okay for me to cheat on my diet?!?!?

Check the ingredients. Usually fat-free products replace the fat with sugar and other fun carbs, and usually have additives, all of which are no-no's on Induction and the program in general. So it depends on how much you used and how much sugar it has. I use a one carb organic blue cheese that makes me really happy. It's from Trader Joe's. Hope this helps.

it did, thank you. there was 1g of sugar right there on freakin label! ah well, tommorrow is another day. it was still very delicious.
