What a great start ![]() Try to stay off the scales till you have completed your 14th day - we dont want you posting all upset because one day you see the scales go up a pound or two and make you doubt your choice of 'diet'

| They are tough.. today I went to a lil party my sister had and she had so much yummy food out but it was italian food and the majority of the stuff were carbs! she did have some plain meatballs without all the sauce there so I had those and a salad.. I had to fight her for the meatballs I guess she was saving them for her lil one.. haha but anyway I did pretty good with staying away from the cake and stuff.. so we'll see how it all goes..Wendy Quote:
