| I'm going to venture a guess you're not feeling low blood sugar, you are starting to feel the effects of carb withdrawal that we all have to push through the first week or so. Proteins and fat keep your blood sugar constant and even, carbs cause the spikes and dips. Maybe you need to start this WOE on your days off? You should feel the boost naturally, and soon, after a few days.

| I think you need a heartier breakfast? a big english breakfast should hit the spot? bacon, sausage (both sugar and filler free) eggs, mushrooms... it will only last a couple of days so as Bette said, your other option is to start this on your days off!
