| Re: Back to induction Hi there! I too have restarted induction, although I'm pretty sure I'm ready for OWL, I just want to give it one last try before I head on over to the next step. Keep to it, induction really works! Good luck!! |

so I wasnt a happy bunny, I had initially lost 5 pounds and ironically I have kept the 5 pounds off but have drunk soups and had some comfort foods, but I am focused and on track
