| MMMM Gouda! I liked smoked gouda melted on roast beef with some guacamole and roasted red peppers. That used to come as a sandwich known as the Pink Floyd at a 60's retro type place nearby; now I make it at home, sans bread. Still a yummy combo....and very induction friendly |
