| I like romaine lettuce boats. I usually fill them with tuna salad made with mayo and Artichoke Tepenade (It's Gertie's brand and I got it at cosco), avocado w/ salt and pepper.

| I don't eat deli meats because they are pretty high in sodium. Instead I will have babybel cheese, celery with chicken salad, deviled eggs, bell peppers, and cheese crisps. I sometimes have pork rinds but they too are high in salt (and highly addictive). |
