Question What do you all eat for Snacks?

I can't stand deli meat, and am running out of ideas.

I take cheese and celery and cucumbers to work for snacking and that's what I have every single day. Any more ideas?

My fave snack is spicy pork rinds dipped in zesty guacomole...(did I spell that right?!)

Yep, you did.

I go for the pork rinds too. You can also make deviled eggs. I made some quiche in muffin cups today, I am going to take that for snack on my long school days.

roasted almonds, macadamia nuts, even walnuts and sometimes cashews (not sure if cashews are legal)

I like romaine lettuce boats. I usually fill them with tuna salad made with mayo and Artichoke Tepenade (It's Gertie's brand and I got it at cosco), avocado w/ salt and pepper.

She can't have that yet. You legally can't have nuts until that rung in OWL. And nuts stall a lot of people.

I don't eat deli meats because they are pretty high in sodium. Instead I will have babybel cheese, celery with chicken salad, deviled eggs, bell peppers, and cheese crisps. I sometimes have pork rinds but they too are high in salt (and highly addictive).

I agree. I think I needed them at first to get away from my craving and needing to have something crunchy. Now that my appetite has dropped, I don't eat them like I used to. It's usually on Tuesday and Thursdays when I am in school a long time. And when I do eat them, I measure them out in smaller baggies so I don't go overboard. I pick up that little bag and know that is my allotment for the day.

celery with cream cheese, bell pepper sticks, deviled or hard-boiled eggs, babybel cheeses(yum), chicken tenders, pork rinds(rarely), lettuce and tuna salad wraps or chicken salad wraps, pickles, olives(not every day), and lastly, if I want something rich, avocado and cucumber salad(again, not every day.)

Yum, I am getting great ideas too. I usually do a wrap of ham/cream cheese/pickle, an atkins bar, or string cheese.
