| Grab a salad, cheese, bacon, eggs, NO croutons. Be careful of dressings, many contain added carbs. You can also get grilled meats with steamed veggies. I always bring my own lunch--it's quite frightening all of the junk that's hidden in "prepared" or restaurant food. I like to know exactly what I'm eating! Whatever you eat, be sure to stay within your daily allowances for cheese, special category foods (like olives, sour cream avocado, etc.) and veggies.

| oh wow! great advice...from tomorrow I will pack my own lunch..today I guess I will have to be extra careful and only go to the salad bar which I have not visited in like...almost a year...hopefully i will get through...they say u feel the worst around 5pm so I will report back in the veening on how well i am holding up! thanx again! |
