| Just remember that these will not count toward your 8-glasses of water per day.

| Question.. if its plain tea (literally the same as adding lemon squirts to your water), why not count it toward water intake? I honestly am just asking. I understand not counting things such as coffee, diet soda, etc toward that count. I guess I just missed that in the book (and it MIGHT be there) and recently read a few articles stating this was good toward your h20 count? I go through about 108 ounces of "tweaked" water a day: (3) 24 ounce bottles of Arrowhead that I add a dash of lemon to. Another 36 ounces comes from (3) 12 ounce containers of my tea. I also typically run through a few glasses of ice water when I'm at home and not in the office. Maybe 20-24 ounces. I'd hope clear liquids, such as decaf/natural teas, water with lemon can add to the water count?

| Yummy, thanks for the tip! I'm not a big tea drinker, but I drink it when I want something warm and not coffee. |

| The only thing that counts as water is, well, water!

| I guess I found the article here: It's Official: What counts as water But I also find many articles saying that clear liquids count (obviously off this forum and on various sites) but not things like juice, soda, things with additives. So, depending on how you folks count your water, you still may want to try the tea to curb those fruit cravings in addition to plain water intake! =)

The tea is a great treat, and for when you want something other than water! Just make sure you get your 8 glasses in along with it.

| Be sure that those teas don't contain fruit sugars. Soem herbal/fruited teas contain dried fruits, if that is the case with the Celestial Seasonings brand, then it's not legal for Induction (see the beverage list Juli copied.)
