| I believe you can have 1 or 2 tbsp of heavy cream/half-n-half a day, so you can utlize that as creamer. I don't have my book right in front of me so I'm not more help! Remember to count 1 carb per packet of splenda. I'm a coffee-aholic, too, so I know the craving!

| Half and half is I think half cream & half milk, so not really induction-legal. Use cream instead - if heavy cream (what we call double cream in UK) is too thick you can thin it with water to use in place of milk in recipes too.

| I drink coffee too... just one a day....I use liquid splenda exclusively at home...I have the little tablets for going out...I avoid the packets...too expensive, too many carbs. |

| Ah! I don't ever use half-n-half, so I'm glad I got to learn a little tidbit about the difference! =)
