Default Induction Pizza

I am on day 4 of the induction and have lost 2 lbs. I found this recipe online and would like to know if it is okay. A little late as I made it tonight and it was delicious. I used pizza sauce with no sugars added and 3 carbs per 1/4 cup although I only used half of it as 1/4 seemed like too much. Topped it with a tablespoon of super thin cut green pepper, 8 thin pepperoni slices, a few mushrooms and shredded cheese (not much as I remember about the 3 oz).
I had no veggies or salad today so I figure it was okay. My husband and I are becoming experts on reading labels and the hidden sugars and no no's.
Please let me know if this was okay for dinner as we would make it again for sure. Can you tell me a rough idea of the carbs that were in this?
Here's the recipe:
What you will need:

- 9" Round Baking Dish
- Mixing Bowl
- One Egg
- Cookie Sheet (with lipped edges to catch the grease)
- One Pound of Fresh Ground Meat (Beef, Turkey or Sausage)
- One Cup of Shredded Mozzarella
- 1/4 Cup Pizza Sauce (Usually generic brand sauces have little or no sugar!)
- One Small Red Onion, chopped
- One Red Pepper, chopped
- One 6 oz Can of Sliced Mushrooms
- One Tsp. of Season Salt

First, the Crust.

Mix the egg, season salt and meat in a bowl (The egg is to help hold the meat together once cooked, not a necessity but handy). Pat the meat into the 9" round baking Dish. The meat should be spread evenly on the bottom of the dish, about 1/2" thick. Place the dish into the oven at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove and drain grease.

After the meat is done you can empty the baking dish by turning it upside down over the cookiesheet for a crispier crust. Or you can can leave it in the baking dish.

Sorry, saw the remainder of the recipe was missing so here it is.
Next, the Toppings.

Drizzle the can of pizza sauce over meat crust. Next, spread out the mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Finally add the remainder of the toppings.

Onion, red pepper and mushrooms are only examples. Some favorite toppings include pepperonis, bacon and olives. Use your imagination!

Ready to Bake.

Place your pizza back into the oven and bake at 450 degrees for about 10-15 more minutes or until cheese starts to melt and turns golden brown on the edges.

It looks 'legal' for induction to me

But try to get intothe habit of scrutinising labels for the list of ingredients and comparing them with the allowed list before eating foods

Also try to make sure you have all your 3 cups of vegetables each day to help keep things moving

I actually make this all the time. I just use the hamurger as the crust. Doesn't seem to need anything to hold it together. Just a big hamburger pattie. I pyle it high with veggies. Very good.
