| I asked the same question when I was on induction and the answer was do NOT drink the shakes. They seem to stall a lot of people and on induction it is good to use mostly whole food. Maybe this time you should plan to do OWL as well. I find that it is helping me make good food choices that hopefully will stay with me for a long time.

| Liv is right. I used to drink the shakes all the time a few years ago and looking back they were definately stalling me. And please move to OWL after induction. I have lost 29/35 pounds on OWL, not induction. It so important to add foods back in and learn to eat this way for life so you don't become a second timer like me! |

| I try to avoid those products like the plague, especially those bars. But today I was caught between a rock and a hard place and sucked one down fast before I went to a meeting. I don't like them in general but I guess if you are stuck its better than going hungry and lowering your metabolism. I don't know what do you all think??

| If you have to and are stuck the shake is better than say going to McD's but I would never drink them regularly. |
