| I would go decaf if you can. The harm is that it may slow your weight loss down. Or it may not. Everybody's body is different. You will get people on here saying it caused them no harm to it stalled them. Since you have done your induction it is time to move on to OWL. The point of OWL is to slowly add things back in to see how your body reacts to them. Looks like you are doing that. BTW...don't be afraid of OWL...it is a great time to get to know your body and your weight lose will continue. The first week is 5 more carbs of veggies. Nothing scary there...LOL! Congrats on the great success you have had!!

| A tip I learned on these forums is that you can remove most of the caffeine from tea made with teabags yourself!! First pour hot water on it and after about 30 seconds pour that water away. Most of the caffeine is released in those few seconds, so you can then add more water and enjoy your tea!

| "Caffeine stimulates an overproduction of insulin, which ultimately promotes weight gain. The biggest need is to stop a caffeine addiction. Once you go 2 weeks without caffeine, you may have it again as long as you don't become dependent on it for energy". That is a qoute from the late great Dr Atikins himself, hope that helps, there is no consensus on caffeine use some like myself can have it and never stall others cannot. |

| I've tried Yerba mate with Stevia. Just slightly sweet, but no carbs or caffeine. It's very soothing since I've had a terrible cold all 4 days of my induction. Good luck.

| PG Tips decaf tea isnt too bad. Depends how strong you like your brew.
