| So eat a burger. Just eat it with bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo, a slice of cheese, and a fork. ![]() ![]() Better yet....make the burger into two patties- one slightly bigger than the other...put a bunch of stuff you like (for me this would be cheese, olives, bacon, tomato, mushrooms) on it, then use the other patty to top it and pinch the sides together. Cook it up and VOILA. Stuffed burgers are fantastic! You're really going to need to start planning your meals a day or two at a time so you don't find yourself in this predicament again. *You* are in control here. *You* have the power to succeed. Own it. Claim it. It'll be yours if you do

| Stay true. You are not feeling well because the toxins are leaving your body! It is calling out to you...feed me sugar...refined carbs. You are in detox. Like an addict. Isn't it amazing what we have been putting in our bodies with no idea how it was affecting us until we try to wean off of it. Stay true to yourself and stay on plan. Have an all beef patty with some cheese and a slice of tomatoe and some lettuce and mayo on it. Everything but the bun. You can do this! It will pass soon and when it does you will have way more energy than before. Don't listen to the 'drugs' in your body...you can do this!

| I look for this feeling when I start induction for me it means it is starting to work, it does suck but the rewards are well worth it.The previous poster is exactly right about having food prepared in advance when it comes to the Atkins diet the old cliche is so true " failing to prepare is preparing to fail". Hang in there man you can do it. |

| Yup, Brook is a hottie. Impala, you've gotten some good advice. Craving a burger makes it easy. I mean, the bun really doesn't make THAT much difference in the taste, does it? Lots of fat will help you quell the cravings by keeping you satisfied, especially at first. If you let yourself get hungry, you let your guard down, and any and everything looks good. So, EAT man! You CAN do this - hang in there! |
