| I count 1 carb for each egg although If i remember correctly there is less than one carb but I just round it up to be on the safe side. I on average eat about 4 eggs a day. Sometimes less. I make three scrambled up with bacon pieces, hot sauce and minced garlic every morning and that stays with me until I mid day lunch although sometimes I munch on pork rinds in between to get the fat content up. As far as the cholesterol thing is concerned I'm not sure and I'm sorry that I don't know that. But someone out there will help for sure! But I do know that your cholesterol will go down. Do you have the Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution? I think it specifically has a part on it about cholesterol and how this diet affects it. BTW what level are you on? are you on induction? I see your join date was in 2007 but around here that doesn't mean much. Mine says sept 11th of last year but I took a hiatus but now I'm back better than ever! Maybe you can consider posting a ticker in your signature line and maybe a starting picture like mine below. It helps keep you motivated and when you've lost a bunch of weight you can post that picture too and see the two side by side. It helps believe me. Anyway if you are new (again) welcome.
