I found the home version to be much more accurate. But I have question for you....is that 4 slices that are 1 ounce each or 4 slices that together weight 1 ounce?

Each slice of muenster has 1 oz. Sorry that wasn't clearer. I have started entering most of my food items at Fitday under custom foods. Thanks for the advice!

well the usda has muenster at 32/100 gram of carbs per ounce so 4 ounces would be 1.28 grams which fitday probably rounded off. Does the package math add up....in ither words, if it say 80 calories per slice, does the total fat, protein and carbs equal 80 (just using that number off the top of my head) I find a lot of food labels are just off. I emailed Colemans about their hotdog label cause it didn't add up and they responded with "oops" there's more fat than the label says....
