Day One... AGAIN

I have started my yearly mission to loose weight before the summer. My goal is 30 lbs and Im confident I can do it. I unfortuantely have done this before but after the summer is over I go back to mu usual habits. Im 6 ft and 230 lbs, I hope to loose the thirty lbs by June and Im pretty confident I can.This diet always works great for me, I will post progress as it appears. Good luck to all.
