| Welcome...I know it can seem overwhelming to lose the weight but take it day by day. I am close to having lost 40 pounds in 6 months and the time has flown by. You need to eat your veggies and fat. That is most important! |

| I'm only on day 3 but I've been able to curb my hunger by snacking on those 100-calorie cheese snacks. Don't be discouraged. Just tell yourself it's only 2 weeks. Then after 2 weeks, you'll probably be so impressed with your progress that you'll keep it up. I've gotta echo what I've heard. Do what you can to get your veggies in. Have you tried Faux potatoes? It's made with steamed cauliflour pureed and mixed with heavy cream & cheese. Add bacon bits and chives and you're in heaven! My family at it UP! I've got over 150 pounds to lose so I'm in it for the long haul. I also drink flavored sparkling water to curb my desire for Mountain Dew!

| i have a major addiction to mt dew too! my husband always asks me "have you had your crack today?" stuff is good! but no more,now i drink all WATER |

| I feel your pain, I had a SERIOUS Diet Coke addiction and actually won a £50 bet with my husband, as he was convinced I couldn't stop.
