| You won't gain weight eating fat. You will gain weight if you eat fat and carbs (more carbs than fat or equal amounts of fat and carbs) If you were already eating at a lower carb level than you were when you first strted Atkins, you might not get the exaggerated symptoms. According to Dr. ATkins, if you follow the Rules of Induction by day 4-5 you will be in ketosis. So at this point, I wouldn't worry about it. Make sure you weigh and measure yourself on Day 14.
