| YES its your body detoxing.. Hang in there.. I am usually over the hump on the 4th day.. some people go a little longer.. Makes you wonder what a person that quits drinking feels like if we are in so much pain from detoxing bad carbs... |

| I view it as 'the worse I feel, the better the job im doing', a bit mad I know, but every bit helps. Keeping hydrated will help.
