| An excellent start. Don't worry about not dropping a big amount the first week, all our bodies react in different ways. Nothing wrong with staying on an extended induction either, but just take it a week at at time. The good thing about moving onto OWL, is that you start to get variety back into your menu again and are less likely to 'cheat'.
