| Were you in ketosis? If so, that will most assuredly kick you out of ketosis. It will take you several days to get back in and those will be day you won't be losing fat. But if it is just a one time thing, you will bounce back fairly well. You've lost a total of 150 pounds? That's fantastic! |

| With only 9 lbs to go to goal, you should be heading into pre-maintenance. Have you climbed the OWL rungs? My problem the first time around was that I didn't add back carbs on OWL like I was supposed to, and it led to a carb splurge like you had. I think you have found out that keeping your carbs artificially low is only sabbatoging you in the long run.
