| I agree dont have a day off, you can do this!! and if you must drink, then drink vodka, its carbless! just beware what you put in it!! (though by the book this isnt recommended until the appropriate rung) Theres no allowed amount because its not allowed til the alcohol rung, as i said carb less, but its the diet coke that might stall you!! Your body will burn of the alcohol before it burns anymore fat, so its up to you how much time you want to waste

| Happy early b-day BTW....You don't have to have a day off cause it is your birthday. There are many recipe's on this low carb site http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/recipes.html thatt you should be able to enjoy yourself and still stay legal. My birthday was last month and I did fine. I was prepared before the party and made sure I had my own legal food incase there wasn't any for me to chose from. Better to be prepared than to be let down and hungry.

| At parties I always drink sparkling water with ice and a slice of lemon or lime. It looks the same as the vodka/tonic I used to drink!!
