| I think 5 days is optimum, but we do what we can do. Very your exercise so you don't get bored. Walk Away the Pounds videos are popular. Check ebay, you can probably find others, old ones for a song |

| Kudos to you for starting an exercise regimen. You'll see the difference in speed of weight loss (or rather inch loss) for sure. It's a win win situation!

| Im also doing the Slim in 6 started 3/25/07 and Im enjoying it.Im like you as well has been on my shelf for a year and Im just getting started.I also use the walk away the pounds daily I walk 4 miles in am and 4 miles in pm.I think that by me exercising , drinking water 140 oz.daily and staying commited to the diet has resulted to my 14lbs. lost in 7 days.I have more energy now and loving it.Good Luck!

| I keep hearing about these walk away the pounds videos. Everyone I know is using them. I'll have to go online and try to find them.

| I follow the slim in 6 exercise dvds and you're supposed to do them 6 days straight, then one day off. BUt of course if that's too much, I always still put in the dvd and do what I can. I'll do motified moves and then I feel better that I still did it. =] Hope this helps!

| I have slim in 6 and turbo jam. I have started turbo jam. I fell off the wagon and I am back on again.Good luck to everyone
