| Anything ending with an "ose" is a sugar or sugar derivative. I believe that is Splenda. |

| You are allowed to have three servings of Splenda a day according to Dr. Atkins. (and you count 1 carb for each) I am not sure what constitutes a serving though as I don't like it too much. I don't like how it's made. Even my anatomy and physiology teacher made the comment "that can't be good." So considering a regular sized Dasani water has one serving of Splenda in it, you can only have three bottles a day. |

| I am not trying to talk you out of Splenda, but just in case you are curious, here is some info on it. |

I'll do just as well with plain water. I'm drinking like a gallon a day |

| Splenda (which is the brand name of sucralose) has no carbs. But if you use it in the packets or granular form, the bulking agents have carbs, so you count 1 carb per packet.

| I have another question. I just created an account on fitday and my graph stats are 76% Fat 1% Carb and 23% Protein. Doesn't seem to match what everyone here says it should be |

| Aim for 65% fat, 5% carbs and 30% protein. You need to increase your veggies and your carbs will go up. You need those healthy carbs! |
