| When I choose that NFS it gives different numbers for the protein, etc. as opposed if you picked another option. |

| Broccoli frozen but for that it gives the same amount of carbs for the "1 cup" choices that we could choose from the list. Was just wondering about how that "NFS" could change the numbers sometimes on different foods. |

| I think if you do not specify (say if you enter milk) then fitday just make an assumption as to what version of milk it was you consumed (say 2%). If you in reality had whole milk then the numbers would be different. Does that make sense? I see NFS sometimes when I do not specify whether I ate fat or not fat on meat cuts or I did not specify exactly what cut I had. So fitday just guesses.
