| I found a site for a company that sells similar products and the ingredients for their scrambled eggs are: Whole Egg, Water, Skim Milk Powder, Corn Syrup, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid, Sodium Phosphates, Annatto Guess I'll have to stay away from the scrambled eggs at the buffet. | Speaking of scrambled eggs...I thought I was getting good Atkins safe food by ordering a sausage pattie and scrampled eggs at McDonalds... it turns out, not so! From McDonalds website here are the ingredients. Quote:
