| You could make the Muffin in a Minute using 1 tablespoon flaxmeal and 2 or 3 tablespoons protein powder, I already substitue half the flaxmeal with whey protein powder. I use Designer Whey Vanilla protein powder, can put a couple of drops of banana flavor in it for a "banana bread" muffin. Yummmm!
