| I particularly like google. For instance, this morning I have 2.5 ounces of food, but I need to know how many grams that is. So, i go to google and type in: grams in 2.5 ounces and it returns 2.5 ounces = 70.8738078 gramsMore about calculator.

| I often do my fitday on my laptop wihtout being online so downloaded a good free conversion programme here http://joshmadison.com/software/convert/ It also does temperatures and distances so is useful for other purposes too. BTW if you do use it you need to click on 'Mass' for weights and 'Volume' for cups/mls conversions
