| If you find that eating greasy foods makes you feel 'ick' then you might be better off choosing leaner cuts and adding fat either in cooking it (butter or a nice oil adds taste) or by adding butter or oil to veggies or making a sauce with butter/cream.

| I agree with all of the above, especially about eating slowly. If I eat quickly, I feel sick too. So slow down your eating. Actually taste and enjoy the food.
