| Congratulations on your week Joee, I have followed your journey. You're doing great. I have the same scale issue as you do. Cannot stomack the thing. I have sort of had to schedule forced weigh in for myself - sometimes you need to know in case there is some readjustment needed. I think this is one of the things I have to learn on my Atkins journey - to make friends with the scale. Avoiding it was one of the reasons I had let myself become obese in the first place.

| Great job Joe. I however am addicted to the scale. It can be frustrating to weigh everyday. I can't seem to help it!! You are doing great!!!!! |

| I bet you will be so delighted when you get on that scale! Then you could just weigh once a month maybe? I am totally addicted to the scale and weigh twice a day which is a drag. I just can't help myself! Good luck x |
