| many here do not count calories; only carbs. However for a good reference try the free site www.fitday.com It will help keep you on the straight and narrow :<)

| I haven't the slightest idea. I make sure I get 20 grams of carbs daily and nothing over that. I love not counting calories |

| Thanks guys.. The only reason I am asking is because my calories on a lot of day's don't even hit 1,500 and I was getting scared that I was starving myself. I am trying to up them but I am not hungry. |

| Fitday will give you a good idea of what you shold be aiming for- Try not to let yourself go under 1200 calories- as you will put yourself at risk for starvation mode- and you will not lose- in fact you may even gain- :<)
