im new!

hi firt week and im 7lbs down
im having trouble with caffine.....ie tea and coffee i just cant stop drinking them with milk! ahhh

Welcome, mitsib! Great job on the 7 pound loss . You could try 1/2 regular and 1/2 decaf. Set a limit for yourself. If you normally drink three servings a day say you'll only drink 2 or 2.5 and then slowly try to whittle it down. Also, it's best not to use milk - you can use half 'n half or heavy cream.
