| I dont think that it is a bad thing, many people only show a trace the entire time on a diet such as this, as long as your showing it is a good sign, also if you are drinking alot of water it could easily dilute your urine where it wouldnt show as strong of a reading. |

| ROSETOES, I got my ketone strips at any pharmacy in the "diabetic" section where they sell the machines that test your bloodsugars.(I forgot the name) |

| Pee on it...if it changes color at all...you're good to go... Lot's of things can affect the shades of color you see...time of day, did you just exercise...did you just eat a bunch of fat...been drinking tons of water (a good thing), etc...I have heard that the best thing is to wait a few hours after breakfast to check it...but as long as every time you do check it you're seeing a color change you should be fine...
