| You can have flaxmeal (or psyllium) in induction...but only enough to relieve constipation. Start with one tablespoonful and see how you go. It might take a couple of days to be effective. It's very important to drink loads of water with flax, or you run the risk of it having the opposite effect! If you do a search, you'll find lots of ways to use the flaxmeal. Edited to add: the other thing that works well for me is cooked spinach. Worth a try.
