| You might find Fitday helpful with all the calculating: http://www.fitday.com/ It will do lots automatically for you and you can put foods you eat often (or complete recipes) in a custom foods list for speedy entering. Remember to deduct the fibre from your carb count. (Hope I remembered right about the recipes in the custom foods... I've used the PC version of Fitday since forever, so can't remember too well... Pls correct me if I'm wrong anyone.)
