| When you stop eating the more carby foods and eat mainly fresh meat and veg you probably are not consuming as much 'waste' so will not need to get rid of so much. Your body is probably using up most of what you eat to fuel your activities so has less to excrete.

| jende, good question. I've often wondered the same thing. It's kinda like, "where does everything go?" It does make sense though. As long as your losing weight and/or inches. Who cares!
