| it's good that you read the label....butttt....make sure you read the ingredients too, there are sugars and starches!!!! i know you don't want to be stalling/gaining over a sauce!!! you know, mayo and mustard and hot sauce mixed is really good for a dip

| It says 0 sugar but it does say cornstarch is one of the ingredients. I guess that's where the carbs do come from? I figure I had about 2 carbs from it in total. that's not too bad is it? Or should I stay away from it during induction?

| you should definitely stay away from any starches, as they are not part of the induction!you want your body to get rid of these, and start fresh by eating only from the induction menu. you will get better results for sure! good luck
