| Hey FoodAddict, each person is so unique that it's hard to say what is causing the blue feelings. I'm thinking you're female, right? (there's nothing in your siggy/post to say for sure and I don't want to offend...) Are you close to that time of the month? Although Induction overall will help us with mood, cravings, etc. it's not uncommon to go through withdrawls (physically and emotionally) from the food that we've been addicted to prior to this WOE. Even though I've been following this WOL for over ten weeks I still have down days. Sometimes a down day is just a down day. Sending you a little sunshine ! I hope things perk up for you soon. |
