| Hi Cheryl: OMG, yes headaches are normal, at least for me. The first 3 1/2 days I carried excedrins in my purse....around the clock headache for me ( and I don't get them often). After that time, they stopped. They say it is your bodies adjustment to a lack of sugar, etc. It does get better...right now Im on day 10 of might induction and I feel great with loads of energy....that was another thing....I was zapped the first few days too. How long have you been in induction? Hang in there, it will get better. Rose |

| twingirlsandaboy - I also think headaches are normal since our bodies are going through withdrawls. During my first few days I had headaches. One GREAT thing is that I haven't had a migraine since I started on 2/24/08! Hang in there, they should pass... |

| I had horrible headaches the first few days! Especially caffeine headaches because of withdrawal. I haven't had one since. |

| i've not officially started my induction... i'm waiting on the book BUT I doing it as best I can without reading the material. Last week I cut down on carbs and sugar... this week I've cut out all the sweets... except I'm still having my coffee with cream and a LITTLE sugar this one will be the hard one for me...LOL I didn't want to 'officially' start til I read the book... don't want to mess it up. I was a MAJOR carb eater so not eating many carbs I was wondering if that was the deal. thanks. cheryl
