| Well it all depends on how much weight you need to lose to figure out whether or not you should continue Induction. Typically if you have a lot to lose then people continue Induction. I have a total of 80 lbs. to lose and I lost 6 the first week, 3 the next, and 1 in the third week. I had a huge cheat the weekend before starting week three though so that slowed the weightloss and may not by the best example. I'm starting week four and I did not gain weight due to my cheats and I've "lost" a pound so far in week 4. I like to weight myself everyday cause I'm a junkie but I only count the actual weekly weight-in...haha. |

| be prepared MANY people stall out or *pause* during week 3- its Very normal- you just gotta plu on through :<) WIth that said- not everyone does- so you may keep on losing- Now is the time to ask yourself how your feeling- Are you getting tempted? Are you saticefied? Is it time for you to move onto OWL? I did an extended induction and kept on losing at a pretty good rate.... Good luck and COngrats on the lbs Lost FOREVER!!!

| Everyone's results will vary on the WOE...you will find those who lost a zillion lbs in a month and those who lost slow and steady...try not to judge your progress on that of others- its deadly- trust me I"ve BTDT!! :,)

| Not sure, haven't weighed myself since Week 2. I only weigh myself every so often so I don't become a slave to the scale. However I can tell you that my pants are rather loose now. |

| I will post this question on extended induction.....maybe I can get a idea of what to expect. I knew going into a 2 week induction, that I could lose 5 to 14 pounds (from what people had posted) and I know it depends on many things like exercise, the amount of your weight, whether you cheated, or just your metabolism, etc. Thanks anyway for the responses, Rose |
