| Anytime you yo yo diet your body gets used to that. So your weightloss may not be as great because you went on Atkins before and then went off. Everyone's different. I would love to lose 65 lbs. in almost 4 montsh but I wouldn't set your goal so high, I'd try something a little more achievable that way you aren't dissapointed, again though everyone's different when it comes to weightloss. Welcome to ADBB and good luck! |

| Hello and welcome back to the Atkins Way Of Life. I'm amazed with the success you had before. I've been on Induction, beginning my second week now. I too am a chocoholic. Induction hasn't been easy for me as I'm generally a food addict, especially sweets like cereal, pop tarts and double stuffed Oreo cookies. But I've been steadfast in my resolve and lost a little over 10 lbs. already. Coming here for motivation works. Everyone here is wise and helpful. I'm here a lot, so chime in with a pm anytime! I think you'll do fine and your weight will come off again. Being here is a great step in that direction. |
