| I posted to your other thread. Here it is: Plan ahead and make your own soup. Cold cream cheese can be substitued for the ice cream (cream cheese is very good semi frozen). I highly recommend the Cauliflower Bisque. http://genaw.com/lowcarb/soup_recipes.html Also, a link to Linda's pumpkin "pie", induction friendly and no chewing. http://genaw.com/lowcarb/pumpkin_custard.html Get Waist Watcher's root beer soda (sweetend with Splenda) and top with a tablespoon of cream for a taste just like a root beer float. Two or three days after the surgery, you'll be able to eat scrambled eggs too. |
