| Yes I have read the book and you are correct. If it's not on the list, don't eat it. I'm feeling good right now, don't know if it's the food (less of today) or just the fact that I"m doing something positive for a change. I have ketosis sticks at home. I should check one in the morning. |

| I just read the book and JUST got on board with Atkins 2 weeks ago so I am NO expert...LOL just writing down what I read... Understand about feeling positive... makes a difference Cheryl

| OP, we started Atkins on the same day. How'd you do yesterday? I did great, ate correctly, drank my water, did my 20 minutes on the treadmill, and am feelin fine so far. How was your first day? |
