| I agree with Elizellen about the protein. As for the Crystal Light, I wouldn't even go there. I remember drinking that stuff years ago and it made me crave sweets like crazy. | depending on whether it's beef, chicken or seafood. I would say 4-6 of beef, 4-8 of the chicken and 8 seafood. Ounces of course. Seafood's mostly shrimp so that is the weight before I shell em. God Bless, Joe |
