| Happens to me also, actually happened today! LOL I had dinner too late, burgers which are heavier and I think they were salty (yes, I made them... LOL) so I attribute it to that. Plus I worked out last night and did weights as well, sometimes the muscles hang on to water for a day... What would have been the source for you? Hang in there, those ups and downs will happen daily - just calculate one day per week and check your week to week status! Tracey

| You'd be better off taking your measurements and going by inches lost and by how your clothes fit. It's a lot less stressful than watching the scale go up and down continuously. |

| My suggestion, dont weigh yourself so much. Go by the looseness of your clothing to measure your success. Stay strong. God Bless, Joe |
