| hi Here's a link to McDonald's nutritional info for all their food....check out the salads, and don't forget to subtract the fiber from the carbs for your net carbs....The premium bacon ranch salad with chicken looks ok. (for McDonalds....yuck.) McDonalds |

| Thanks ! I was still afraid of mc.donalds and their hidden sugars ! LOL i ordered a chicken and veggie sub and then ate everything but the roll. pretty good ! Just one more day left for Induction and i really didnt want to ruin it - so close to the end ! |
